Very poor management. They only have 3 maintenance people when there is well over 14 buildings. Been submitting work order request for months with no timetable or update on when things will be completed. Trash… all over the hallways and bags dropped by the valet service had stains all in the hallways and it took 3 months for it to be pressure washed. After finally getting it pressure washed, the lights were knocked out so the whole apartment building is pitch black. A little ridiculous for how much rent is here. I choose a location conveniently placed in Summerville and was willing to pay

I had a pleasant experience with working with the Parks at Nexton Team. Very professional. I had no problem at all with anything. Every question I had asked via email was answered very quickly. Carly has done a great job working with me with everything. Promote her now! So Far So Good with everything and with my apartment.

They are truly the most friendliest and most giving people I have met since living there! They go above and beyond the job they have! I have been living here for a year now and love it!! The leasing staff are very friendly and always willing to help when needed! There's always fun family events - a great way to get to know the neighbors! Great location- everything you need is conveniently located! In a good school district and a nice family park and walking trails and don't… forget the beautiful salt water swimming pool to swim and BBQ or just relax and read a book!! Yes the rental rates are higher then most apts - but if you want to live in a nicer - safer neighborhood you need to pay more. This is a well lighted area
