I lived at Sawbranch Apartments in 82/83'. Got out of the Navy in beautiful Summerville SC! We were in building G, first floor, first on the left. The Popes lives directly across from us. Pool was right across the parking lot. Great to see that they are still nice. Memories...

Spacious and the community is awesome, nice and quiet at night, safe, and has a wonderful playground and dog area. I'm going on my second lease agreement it feels like home here

I used to live there. Trashy neighbors. Way overpriced for what you get. Not to mention just across the fence is a ghetto. Had to deal with hoodlums coming over lots of times.

This is a great place to be! The staff here is super diligent and helpful. Everyone here is friendly and the atmosphere is that of a small village. Everybody knows everybody. All the children play together it's awesome! The environment feels like home. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I love living here! The apartments are a great size and updated nicely. Everything is in working order and if not, the maintenance guy Michael is so quick at getting it fixed! All of my neighbors are great and always say hello. Robin in the office is one of the main reasons why I initially moved in here. She was so genuine when I came to look around, and she always has a smile for you when you walk in the office!

I love living here. The rooms are a decent size, the staff is super friendly, and the price is good. They listened to their residents and updated the pool, put a nice fitness center on the grounds (with complimentary wifi), fixed a few hammocks, and I haven't had any problems with the neighborhood behind us. They also have a nice tennis court, a grill for residents to use, a nice area to walk your dogs and have picnics, and they send out monthly updates and calendars. My only complaint is that water isn't included in the price. But that's easy to get over considering all the benefits of living
