Martin's Creek Apartments

I have lived in this complex for two years and will not move anywhere else unless I get a house. The big reasons I stay at Martins Creek Apartments is because of the staff! Jessica and the maintenance crew are always there to resolve any issues I may have quickly and efficiently. Jessica does an excellent job at managing the complex if there is ever any issues with people playing music loudly or driving too quickly she politely fixes the issues in a news letter. The complex is currently being updated not only inside but outside and I’m absolutely amazed as to how quickly they are updating them

If I could give zero stars I would! I applied for a 3 bedroom apartment which online said it would be ready on April 23rd after I paid the $260 in fees I was then informed that no one knew the exact date that the apartment would be ready. Possibly somewhere around mid May , the property manager stated that the system automatically generates apartment availability dates, that doesn’t even make sense! So after lots of confusion she said she could refund me the administration fee but not the application fee ( although this was their mistake ) so I said okay , this was April 19th , I called today

This complex has a terrible landscaping crew. Everytime there's a hard rain, the entire complex floods due to the pinestraw they put everywhere else on the grounds for normal upkeep of the place. I know of multiple people who have gone through numerous cars, over the course of a few years of living in this complex, due to this problem. The residents themselves can be found after each hard rain going outside, in nasty standing waters, to clear the drainages of all the pinestraw. Now, I don't know about anyone else, but I certainly don't have the time or money to be repeatedly replacing (or fixing

The manager of the property is super nice and remembered my name after only meeting her once. Great place to live.

This is the second time we have lived in Martin's Creek...the office staff has always been professional and friendly. Anytime we had a maintenance issue they responded very quickly. It's a safe quiet place to live.

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years now and I've been really happy. The kids are good around the vehicles, there's no outside for traffic wandering in, my rents extremely reasonable, and the leasing office ladies have been pretty nice to me..
Any time I have had an issue, maintenance has gotten out here very fast. I would recommend, if someone were to ask..

Honestly, if I could give them less stars, I would. Betty bullied us and so did her staff. They refused to fix a mold issues in my apartment after it flooded in my apartment, it damaged furniture, and we were forced to leave the apartment because I was pregnant, and so much mold had grown in our apartment that it started making me really ill. This is after we turned our apartment down to the coldest we could, soaked water up and ruined our towels from having to do it so often, and got a mold test that confirmed it was mold. I have lived here 5 years in two different units and have been very happy here. Any time I have called maintenance, which has only been a couple times, the issue was repaired the same day. Betty is not rude; if your rent is paid, you're fulfilling your lease and not causing issues with your neighbors, you will have no problem getting along with Betty, she has been nothing but nice to me. I have a new stove and fairly new refrigerator and have never seen a bug or any mold in either unit. The price is right, it's a nice wooded property and quiet most of the time.
