We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

Do Not Move Here ! Rat infested ! Really bad Roaches! They Don’t fix anything ! Everything is broken ! Bad communication ! Someone in my building had bed bugs and they didn’t inform the other tenants . Three different management since I been there . These apartments are disgusting 🤮 Not up to date , Not Worth the rent ! Dishwasher Always flooded ( NEVER Used it ) Terrible place to live !

This apartment complex is very old so don’t expect updated luxury. The rent here is not worth it at all. When we were in the process of moving here we took a tour on an more updated false advertised apartment. I guess that’s their tactic of getting you to lease here. When we arrived in our apartment it looked similar to what was shown except nothing was updated the counter tops, cabinets, stove fan, bathroom fixtures everything need to be replaced really badly it’s actually ridiculous they weren’t considering it took almost a month for us to move in...the apartment reaked of a dog smell

Jas from maintenance is very nice and professional. She’s very honest and gave a lot of helpful information about the apartment. She’s efficient with whatever you need. Highly recommended to speak with her and Rj.
edit: I DO NOT LIKE THE OFFICE STAFF. I’m only giving a 5 start to the new maintenance team. This complex is very half a star-ish. The same complaints in other reviews, are the same ones I have. Only good thing is the space.

If you are thinking about moving here, this is the worst decision you can make. This place is full of criminals when you are supposed to pay for a background check. The facilities and the apartments are in bad conditions. The doors of the buildings are broken. The parking lots are full of damaged vehicles. Neighbors are not friendly. The rent is very expensive for these apartments in bad conditions. All residents pay for the pool and fitness center and are not in service. The pool is a pond of ducks and frogs.
