I wanted to take this opportunity to give feedback about the management at the Lofts Apartments. I have lived at the Lofts for just about a year and the only reason I am leaving is to move into a house we purchased.
In any case, Chip O'Kelley and Haleigh Lane were the greatest managers to work with. They made me want to move to the Lofts and helped me on several occasions. They were constantly professional, friendly and professional.
In fact, the hardest part about moving from the Lofts will be not being able to see Chip and Haleigh.

Haleigh is great at the front office. My A/C went out and although it took a while to replace they took the time to see me face to face to explain why it took so long. Marcus was there when it went out after hours to help me out and Guillermo followed up until it was completely fixed. Nice place to live.

First time at an apartment and it exceeded my expectations. Haleigh at the leasing office was excellent from the start, and the maintenance guys were friendly and quick to respond to the few service requests made. Never had an issue with noisy neighbors. I would stay here again if I did not need to relocate for work.

I would be remissed to not mention the hard work, due diligence, and rapid responses provided by my leasing agent, Haleigh. Working nights can be a strenuous ordeal, and having a leasing agent who responds to messages at odd hours of the evening to make sure I was properly assisted and provided with all the necessary information I needed was very settling. I would highly recommend Haleigh to anyone contemplating moving into the lofts. A beautiful apartment complex with hard working staff is a tenants dream. Thank you again Haleigh, for putting up with my slow responses and displaying a professional

Haleigh was very helpful with my initial paperwork. Haleigh greeted me on my first visit. Again she answered all my questions and informed me on the in/outs of living at The Lofts. Could not ask for a better person to guide me thru the the process of becoming a resident. I'm extremely happy with my life at The Lofts.

I have to say that my experience at Lofts at South Lake has been AMAZING! I've live in multiple apartment complexes and there is no place like this. From the apartment, the amenities, to the staff that makes us feel like family. We love it! I got to give props to Guillermo for such a wonderful job he does. Always making sure the building looks great and always with a smile in his face.

So from the moment I got in contact with them about an available 1/1, to the time I got here, and all the way to needing maintenance at one point, they are all amazing! The maintenance team is on point and will go OUT of their way to make whatever problem you have disappear in like 24 hours. They are so kind, considerate and upbeat here. The leasing office staff (shout out to Chip!) are all on the ball about anything you need regarding your lease or questions you may have.
