Avoid at all costs worse complex every month there is a maintenance call whatever you save in the monthly rent you pay back in electric with it being more then 200$ plus every month never lived ina complex where my electric is ever more then 100$ They dont care about the residents at all otherwise they would fix up every apartment before having someone move in. Always noisy neighbors who are constantly fighting with their baby daddies its pretty ghetto and like i said you pay the same ina higher end just with the electric being as high as it is due to very old AC units in more then 75% of the complex
