My Family and I moved in two months ago and I must say this luxury complex is Fantastic. The staff from Management to Maintenance Crew Is exceptional. The staff really goes above and beyond for the residents And really make the complex Gorgeous and Safe place for all residents.
I want to give a special shout out to Kyle Huff, Nia Picerillo, Janice Bulla for always giving 100% Customer Service and to the Manager Katrina Fischer for always being so responsive.Went on a tour of these apartments. They are absolutely beautiful. I was met with an associate named Nina. She was friendly and professional and very knowledgable about all the amenities of this community.

The young woman was pleasant and informative. The prices were ridiculous! We’re still in Covid mode. My nephew a veteran recently separated from Army is working making decent money, and cannot afford a one bedroom apt!

I moved in about a month ago. Beth and Shannon have both been extremely professional and polite, even though we’ve had personal issues with neighbors regarding noise. It is a very calm and quiet community. Beth is awesome and I recommend anyone interested in Vista at Lost a lake to seek her help. I’m giving 5 stars because of her.
I also just called in maintenance because of my air conditioning and they came within the hour! I was impressed :)

Called many places trying to find a rental & this is the one that made a lasting impression, we can’t wait to move in & hope to be just as happy once there. Beth Trumbull is so wonderful. She has excellent customer service skills. As a retired hospital worker, I dealt with many patients/families and staff, I know how important “first impressions” is

The staff at Vista at Lost Lake was incredible! There is no such thing as perfect but they were very close to it. From Ms Trumbull to Mr Calvo they performed with incredible accuracy. Their guidance to make our move in was simply immaculate & so detailed that there was no excuse for anyone to complain. Since my first contact with Bethany over 2 months ago, it has been a rewarding experience from start to finish. I would recommend the whole staff, and I have, to anyone that wants to find such a beautiful place to live. Finally, anyone who is looking for a new place to live, please contact Bethany

I have no complaints about these apartments. I have lived in three different apartment complexes since 2017 around central Florida and the Vistas have been my favorite by far. Their hospitality and quick solutions to problems was wonderful. I never saw a bug in my apartment. I felt safe around the complex. I utilized the gym and pool. The kitchens are beautiful and balcony is great. There were never any repair issues. The only reason I moved out was because I bought a house. I would have happily lived here much longer if I was not house hunting. Great apartment!
