It always being a great pleasure to leave here, as long as we keep it quiet and romantic. Ever since we rented the top floor with a working elevator we have being comfortable and happy! Sometimes Mother Nature strikes our electricity and destroys our elevator or alarm system, then we have to wait weeks for it to be fixed. But again is up to Mother Nature and life is not perfect anyways. We love our veranda view to the city of Clermont, the view to the amazing weather changes and spacious out doors. Thank you “Vineyards” for trying your best always!

Worst apartments EVER!!!!!! especially if you are denied. I have been waiting almost a year for my deposit that is due to me. They will not answer the phones I have sent several emails they will not respond and I have been very patient. These apartments guarantee your deposit back if you are denied and I have not received my deposit yet. I guess the only ones that are happy is the ones that gets approved.

Moving out, used to be a nice place to live. They let people run businesses out of garages. One garage all night works on cars, had tool boxes stacks of tires, a full auto garage with people in and out and hanging around. Ruins the idea of a gated community to keep you safe You can’t use the pool in the evening or weekend always a party taking up the deck and playing music so I can’t even relax in my own apartment they are so loud. Not even sure they,live in the complex. Dumpster is always overflowing, no one answers phone in the office.

I have had the most wonderful experience with vinyards hammock with a young lady named Mildred Roman she went out of our way to get all results in order for me to rent the apartment she stayed with me on the phone helping me out until I got my apartment I haven't been this happy in a very long time and I give her 5 plus stars for all the help And all the time that she gave in order for me to rent my apartment I am so happy thank you so much Mildred Roman

My move-in experience at The Vineyards at Hammock Ridge went very smoothly and seamlessly. The assistant manager answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the necessary information that I needed from the onset. The community is clean and quiet. It’s a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. My fur baby and I are enjoying our time here.

When I first moved in everything seemed good. I now see that there is definitely a lack of cleanliness here. The trash can get backed up, the sidewalks and stairs need to be power washed, and no matter how many times they spray I still find roaches. It is disgusting, I clean rigorously and yet they come back. I’ve never had a bug problem like this before and I don’t intend to start now.
