Awesome apartments and really amazing management/maintenance team. Nicole is the best manager any apartment could have and Al the maintenance professional is always helpful and nice during all circumstances. 5/5 place its quiet and peaceful. Rent isn't too high comparatively. Close to a lot of convenient things along 50 and 27. Only 30-35 min from most parts of Orlando if you take toll roads.

We lived here for 3 years! It was our first apartment as young adults and we generally enjoyed our time over the 3 years. Nicole was always pretty helpful and with the exception of some minor incidents the general community was quiet. There was a mild problem with residents not cleaning up after dogs, but just watch your step and youre fine. Nicole truly went above and beyond when we were there and upon moving out. The biggest reason we left was money. After 2020 the opportunity to have lower rent with family was too good to pass up. Over our three years the rent did go up every year by a little

Almost called this place home, but our plans changed last minute. The units are small but really cute and functional. The community seems very quiet and well maintained. Nicole at the leasing office is fantastic and extremely helpful. Really sad it didn't work out for us here because we were so excited about this place.
