Cecilia took her first cooking class at the age of 12. Her life long passion is the driving force behind Ceci's Culinary Tour. She cooks from folk to gourmet dishes pulling from her roots, life experiences, and creativity. Her empanadas are an expression of her traditional Argentinian roots. Crpes, also known as pampueques in Argentina, are used to make sweet desserts and main courses.
Our catering services can accommodate a wide range of event styles and occasions. Cecilia has the ability to design and create your menu according to your dietary needs, preferences, and budget. We have extensive experience planning seated dinners, all-day seminars, lunches, buffets, and cocktail parties.
Originally from Spain and Portugal, empanadas were introduced to Latin America and the Philippines by Spanish conquistadors. Traditional Latin Americandish made of masa (corn-based dough), which is steamed or boiled in a corn leaf wrapper. The wrapping is discarded before eating. Crpes originated in Britany, a province in the northwest of France.

Had lunch from the food truck at Highlands Brewery. Let me start of by saying the Cuban sandwich was really good! Enough for 2 people to split if you’re not that hungry. Rice and beans side was nothing crazy. The pork tamale was also good, the empanada however was not. Just really dry chicken and soggy outside. Would for sure eat here again, would just skip the empanada.
