China Grill

I went to pick up my online order immediately after placing it. Told the employee I was there for my order. She was using her cell phone. She put it down walked over with no gloves, picked up a hand full of something from 3 different bins and threw it in a pan to start cooking. All without washing her hands and was wearing no gloves. I turned around and left without saying anything. Gross, how disgusting!

Everything is bland, the rice is hard and does not seem freshly cooked. It's just not a good spot.

If I could post 0 stars I would! I’m very disappointed in this place…China Grill used to be pretty good but they have downgraded on the ingredients and meat they use for their meals. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they gave me greasy nasty looking breaded nuggets with red sauce on the side there was no onions or peppers and the fried rice tasted like cheap store bought instant rice. 🤮 I paid $20 for two meals that were absolutely disgusting and when I called to ask if I could switch the food out because what I got looked nothing like the picture I got argued with for 10 minutes and

I have never, ever been disappointing any time that I order from China Grill. I try to order something different every time I order, just to improve my palate. Today I ordered chicken with ginger sauce. It was so good it had fresh snow peas, fresh broccoli, ETC. And I am in love with their lo mein

Food is phenomenal, and fast especially compared to buffet or fast food (which it is fast food). Quality, taste, speed of service, is absolutely INCOMPARABLE. Healthy- to your own specificity, that is. Conscientious preparation- and AGAIN, phenomenal taste, regardless of price comparison.

If you're thinking about trying China Grill, regardless of the negative reviews, I would advise against it. The negative reviews initially turned me away from this place, but I ended up giving it a try anyway... and I regret it. The online ordering process didn't work properly, two items I selected didn't even make it onto my order. The food wasn't just mediocre, it tasted quite terrible. The broccoli looked old and smelled even worse. I'm not sure what was in their fried rice but it was yellow and had no flavor other than salty. The crab puffs had hardly any filling and, again, no flavor other

Usually don't do reviews but we eat here pretty frequently and I'm definitely pleased with the food and service. I always call my order in and in 10 minutes they usually have my order already bagged and steaming hot. And my husbands never had any complaints either. I'm currently pregnant and dealing with a major case of gingivitis that's made it difficult to eat even a McDonald's burger. But I ordered beef Lo Mein and the beef is so tender and soft I was actually able to eat it.

Being from New York, it is hard to find a Chinese restaurant that is on par. However, this one is one of the best available either in New York or North Carolina. I recommend general tso chicken and crabmeat cheese ragoons.
