Madison with Concept Property has been extremely helpful and easy to work with, making my process of getting into my first apartment feel not so overwhelming. She’s super responsive and willing to answer any questions. While I don’t have previous experience working with a property company, my experience has been great so far!

Sarah has been great to work with. I have enjoyed living at the apartments so far. Maintenance is timely and occasional group texts to update the complex on any apartment-wide issues is very convenient.

We worked with Sarah from this company. My husband and I wanted to move out 5 months before our lease ended. They were flexible with us told us if we could find someone who would sign a new year lease with our apartment. We could get out of our contract. We had a few flaky people who said they would fill out an application but either didnt follow through or wasnt open about their income. She was very patient with us through the process. We would be willing to work with this comepany again.

I am not a tenant but my parents are. They have lived at Woodland Cove since 2018 and they love it there. I live out of state and my mother called me in tears this morning because she had to tell me what has happened last night. There had been water issues in her city and she had no water around 7 PM. Her property manager, Sarah, called her personally to let her know what was going on and asked her if she needed anything. My mom immediately responded and said she was ok like she always does. They are the most fairly priced apartments in the valley. You seriously can't beat it. You can actually comfortably live AND save money which is unheard of with the prices of rent now.
We love our it here and Christi was so helpful and kind getting us into our new place. They also allow ESA's and that's a huge bonus, since some landlords are really fussy about it. I feel like maintenance has been pretty responsive as well. Only thing I wish for is that the grounds were kept up a little better. Other than that, I love it here! It's otherwise perfect.

I moved across the state and had such a hard time finding a place on a short schedule. Angel was amazing to work with! They got me into a great apartment on a time crunch and a tight rental market, was very responsive to my (many) anxious messages, and was so invested in working with me and making sure I had a place to live. I had an appointment to view an apartment. They sent me 3 text reminders. No one showed up!! They also advertise off-site parking and had nothing. They are giving me back my application fee and that’s the positive thing. Maybe they’ll have other properties I can apply for. Sigh!!
UPDATE 10/12/21: They have made no attempts to return the promised application fee. Do you think someone would answer my calls or emails? Nope. Shady business if you ask me.

I lived in one of the properties in Layton for a year, from June 2020 to June 2021. Sarah Chacon was the property manager. She was excellent to work with, always nice and professional. I loved that I could live in a property that accepts animals. If I had a maintenance request, it was taken care of quickly. I would definitely rent a property through Concept Property Management again. The only reason I moved was to move in with family for awhile.
