Services
Environmental Hazard Screens are a broad spectrum survey for a wide variety of environmental concerns including lead, asbestos, mold and other. The screen is not comprehensive but intended to identify significant environmental health hazards. The screen is not meant to serve regulatory compliance or legal purposes.
Doug Low, PE, InspectPro, recently performed an inspection for me on a property that I ultimately am helping my son to purchase here in the Denver area. Our realtor set up the home inspection for our hopeful future home with InspectPro. Brad from InspectPro was super helpful and patient answering all of our questions as first-time home buyers, and it felt like he went the extra mile when explaining something to make sure we had all the information needed. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable, and also could help give us his perspective when we had no idea how serious an issue was. Would definitely recommend!

Needed an inspection for a house we were purchasing. Was a relatively fast turn-around and Brad was there for us. He was very professional and led us through exactly what we were looking for on the house. I am the type of person who does a ton of research and relies heavily on reviews for companies, especially when it comes to a home purchase! InspectPro had a ton of great reviews, so we booked them for a next day inspection. Rob and Doug explained what they were looking for as they walked the house, and the report was so thorough! I understand why their ratings were so high. Our realtor hadn't heard of them, but was so impressed he said he'll be including them on his list of recommendations to his clients. Doug was sent by our salesy realtor and missed some major foundational issues that another engineer pointed out (doors not lining up, jammed sliding door, cracks in the caulking around windows, grading not away from the house, cracks in the hardwood flooring, etc). He also missed plenty of other defects that we found after we moved in that we would've asked the sellers to fix or rebate. Also charged us for a Radon Mitigation test when later we find that there was already a working radon mitigation system in place he never mentioned.
