I hired Rob to do an inspection on the townhome I was purchasing. He did a phenomenal job, was very thorough and wrote up an extraordinarily helpful report with photos and links to additional information about each topic (water heater, AC, heater, etc). Rob has been a long-time friend but this is the first time I used his services. My wife and I purchased a new home and used Homerun for the requisite inspection. I highly recommend Rob. He has done two inspections for us on home purchases and he is absolutely incredible. He is very thorough and finds potential issues or concerns that others would miss.
