Details: Our spacious one bedroom apartments feature a walk-in closet and vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a king size bed, two night tables, a chest, and a dresser. The bathroom includes a linen closet with plenty of shelving space. Whenever we use the shower it’ll just keep running, full blast 24/7. We’ve complained several times to the management but they take a week to send somebody to come and look at it and when they do come and “fix it” it lasts no longer than 2 weeks. They’re now saying that our dishwasher is broken when it wasn’t even working in the first place and there’s water allll into the carpet in our apartment.

The property manager is untruthful and ill-mannered. She started about lying about new appliances and trying to put moldy, unsanitary appliances (refrigerator and stove) in our renovated unit in which modern, none moldy, appliances are promised. Following our complaint, she yelled at us through the phone and refused to change them. Her attitude and actions only changed when we presented to her pictures of the mold infestation. Following other issues, we reported the lack of exhaust to the exhaust hood over the stove ( the thing which is supposed to extract smoke while cooking). The onsite maintenance

These apartments are horrible!!! There is water damage in some and when you report it to the maintenance workers they just paint over the mold. More than one family live in a single apartment and they take up all the parking spaces. Laundry rooms are just as bad, machines do not work half the time and then your items go missing.

At first you service nice apartment bt as you move u start to notice all the bad n uncomfortable things in here yet expensive over somethin old bt only painted over to look new what a shame.. All the rules they dont cover over when ur takin the lease contract make sure too READ IT BEFORE SIGNING IT!!!!!
