A cozy 1 bedroom designed to complement an individual's or couple's lifestyle in Brownsville. At a total of 667 square feet, it provides a smaller, but budget-friendly residence with all of the essentials. Many Catalonia units also have outdoor balconies. The Seville is a larger 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at 895 square feet.
Units with spacious and tiled floorplans that come with ceiling fans, mini blinds, as well as all-electric appliances. Basic-expanded cable, water, sewer, garbage, bi-monthly pest control, and gas are all included in rent. Two newly renovated laundry facilities and vending machines with debit card, credit card, and cash options.
Our community is tucked behind highway 69E, next door to Cardenas Motors, and nestled in a grove of trees on Old Alice Road. Villa Madrid residents have access to the Brownsville Public Utilities board for electric and water service as well as Spectrum for phone, tv, and high-speed internet service.

Really horrible apartments !!! Do not waist your money. Took over our deposit of 200 & wanted to charge us for a cleaning service when we left apartment clean! Water from shower would come out looking dirty. They would remove our cars from the property without notice! Really bad experience DO NOT RENT !!!

I lived in that property for 3 years and was sad to leave my apartment. This place has many restrictions but it is for the safety of its residents. I felt secure at all times. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and never saw any bugs. The staff responds quickly when it comes to repairs and the swimming pool was clean all year long. They have a beautiful landscape and the property is a very peaceful place for families.

The apartments are one of the cheapest you can find and in a nice neighborhood - just across from million dollar homes - but the management has very poor communication skills when it comes to problems. Our hot water had been off due to a gas leak for 12+ hours and they failed to notify us. They put a note out saying the hot water would be fixed some time today but now it’s been almost 48 hours and still no hot water! Nice place to stay but the management is not the best.

Horrible place...parking is horrible...they’re super strict on everything...and forget about your deposit when you move out...they will charge u for any little thing...I scrubbed tub like crazy and they still said it wasn’t too clean...stove had a little bit of Black that was impossible to remove and they charged me for it.

The apartments themselves are not bad. The management is horrible and combative. Maintenance is almost none existent. We lived with lukewarm water and no water pressure for about 1 year. We were constantly told that there was no issue, it turns out the pipes were bad and fixed 11 months after initial complaint. Forget about parking, if you don't have you tags or a guest their pass, your vehicle WILL be towed. Oh and you better not think you're getting your deposits back because you won't. Choose wisely people.

Small apartments, they tow your vehicle without first warning. Just purchased a car and on the first day I had it , it was towed. They were driving me crazy for 5$ that were owed and they just couldn't bill it on the next month rent. They gave me a hard time about some curtains that they recommended I put up in order to keep my electric bill down, giving notices that I needed to take them down. The pool was filthy most of the time in the summer , the water looked so gross and muggy. Parking is absolutely ridiculous!!!
