Maintenance guy is a hard worker and always about getting the job done and makes sure it's done right. I've been living here for four years and i have to say i love it! Never had a problem with anyone and i love the office staff always alert on things and gets things done quick! I love also the maintenance department they always do a great job!

The office personnel is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and peaceful. I love how I was treated from the first step in the door. Great ambience! Would totally recommend this property to anyone. The manager and assistant manager are very polite and pleasant. I like that the property us located near so many places to shop and not too far from main roads. I have 3 boys but only two with me and when you can win them over then I say it is a great thing, because they are very skeptical about apts. I can totally see us living here peacefully.

I have been shopping for over a year to find the perfect place which I can call home. I have been looking for a quiet, clean and happy environment
and I am happy to say that I have finally found it. I was presently pleased with the kindness and professionalism that these 2 ladies showed towards me and my other companions. The manager and her assistant were very well mannered, polite and were very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding area. The property is very well maintained the office was very clean and smelled great. These people really allowed me to feel right at home and the unit

Super content with the staff!!! They helped in every way possible, really quick process... beautiful apartments looking forward to moving in!!!❤️😃😃😃 if u need a really nice apt. Came to the office to do my Annual renewal. Assistant Manager was awesome and made the process go smoothly for the renewal. Definitely recommend and hope to live here several more years. Office Manager also very curious and always shows concern with all of residents. Love living here at Rosemont El Dorado. Love the office spirit and holiday festive decorations. Office staff very professional. Very happy and content living here at Rosemont El Dorado in Brownsville, Texas.
