Everything was done with the top-notch service for not only myself but I believe the buyer also. Every email and or phone call was returned extremely prompt and I was kept in the loop the entire process.. Couldn’t ask for anyone more professional and more efficient. There are no words to express how amazing Merri and Jodi are. In my opinion there is no one that works harder or cares more about their clients. They also do a lot for our local community and our Veterans. I had a wonderful experience working with Merri and Jodi on finding a new house. Jodi/Merri found us a gem of a Condo for under $160K. We were looking for a cosmetic fixer-upper and she delivered. We had to move fast but we got it for less than appraisal. We painted, put in a couple of new ceiling lights and kitchen faucets and now its worth $20K more than we paid - day one. Thanks Jodi. You definitely know what you are doing.
