My brother and I had a wonderful experience with Steven Scurti from Boardwalk Properties. Steven was more than patient with our requests and always put our needs first. We were doing the whole process online and he made the whole process so easy. He was very kind from the beginning finding us a place right around our school. I have lived in Boston for 6 years and swear by the Boston Pads platform. I move almost every year, taking advantage of leasing specials offering 1-2 months free on luxury buildings and while it's a bit of a hassle to move I LOVE getting to know different parts of the city well. I have gotten the best deals thanks to Boston Pads since they have the most updated pricing and write blogs highlighting apartments with no broker's fees, lower up front costs, etc. I also always reach an actual agent within 5 minutes of inquiring!

I am a local landlord with only 2 rental properties, a condo I used to live in Downtown and another property in Newton. I would definitely recommend using the Boston Pads platform. From the first day I registered and liked some units, an agent reached out to me almost immediately. Her name is Tiffany Costello from Nextgen Realty. She is very genuine, proactive and just great. We got along very well and she did extensive research to find me units that were in line with what I had in mind. It was a very smooth experience and I would definitely use them again.

I was looking for an apartment near Boston a few weeks ago. Jhone from Boston Pads was extremely helpful in securing a place well in time. Since I was living out of state, he was able to help me get a feel of the apartment using videos. Once I had the opportunity to visit and tour the apartment myself, he walked me through the unit and promptly handled all the paperwork/rental application. He was professional, helpful, and flexible throughout the process. I would highly recommend Boston Pads services to other out of state residents looking for housing in the Boston area.

It was such a pleasure working with Boston Pads. It is our first time living in Boston, and Will made the process SO easy for us! We only had one day to get down to Boston to look at apartments, and Boston Pads team was able to squeeze in so much in that one day. We got to see a bunch of different options, and found the perfect apartment for us! He lead us step by step through the application process, and applied the friendly pressure we needed to ensure we got the apartment that we wanted.
