I had rented from Campus connection property management for nearly 5 yrs. I was behind on rent due to being layed off during covid. We received a 72 hr eviction notice stating if we didnt pay the months rent we would have to vacate so we payed it immediately and then recieved a no cause eviction for 30 days stating that the previous 72 hr eviction was a mistake. So we spend $100s to apply for other places to live. I get a call asking me to make a payment for rent from covid, I said I'd be happy to after we move due to being evicted. They have no idea what I'm talking about and later I get a text

Super dishonest application process. They took my money and denied my application saying it was incomplete. I tried to work it out with them by explaining that I was a single mom and I didn’t have money to throw around for applications and could they please tell me what I did wrong so that I could correct it. But they won’t tell me why it was incomplete and we’re completely disrespectful and rude during communications. I’ve been in a back and forth email with Taylor saying some very unprofessional things in response to my asking for an application refund.

I’ve had to request maintenance a couple of times and they were always prompt with their response. The people who have come out have always been nice and helpful when I ask them questions about what is going on. Rob was really great when he was checking the house for a leak we had. He was happy to explain what was most likely going on and his game plan for fixing it. The website is easy to use. And I like that they communicate through texts mostly. We’ve lived at our property for 2 years and we are happy to continue to stay.

They failed to keep up their end of an execute/pre-lease agreement and left us without a home for this school year. They only told us 2 weeks before we were supposed to move in and now there aren’t many apartments left to rent. Extremely upset and distraught about where we will live in the coming weeks. Please stay away from this company. They had so much time to notify us that the apartment was no longer available and instead chose to stay silent and wait.

Repairs take forever. They don't care if your shower is broken for 10 days, they'll just tell you to bathe.
My basement flooded, they removed the carpet, and they couldn't apparently remove the debris for almost a month! It started molding outside my door! I ended up having to arrange it myself to have it picked up and disposed of. Thankfully they paid back the charge, but I shouldn't have had to arrange that. It seemed like they had an issue managing a property outside of Eugene (Corvallis).

The people at Campus Connection have recently been very helpful property managers and have been very communicative when approached with any issue or question. With all the properties they have to manage throughout the area, I appreciate the quick responses to both short questions and maintenance request. The recent staff changes that they have undergone, especially with maintenance, has greatly improved my house's relationship with Campus Connection overall. Not to mention, how helpful they have also been throughout this past year while some people in the house have struggled financially.

While just moving into our new place, we did have some issues with things around our home. Neil and Aaron have been absolutely amazing and have basically rebuilt the house from the ground up. They’re very quick on responding and honestly a blast to be around while they’re here. Would 10/10 recommend campus connections just from those twos amazing service.

I've worked closely with Kim at Campus Connection and I have found her to be pleasant and very workable. She has assisted with many different facets of rental options for low income clients. She is quick in respond. I have found as a company Campus Connection will do what it takes to assist their tenants with an array of issue, for the best out come, for everyone involved. Again a VERY workable Property Management company!!!

I have been working with Campus Connection as a carpet cleaning vendor for the last 3 years. They have been great to do business with. All the staff (Maintenance, office, and even the owners) are very professional and super friendly. They are very organized with their management system and work orders. It seems like they really care about all the properties they manage. Always doing extensive cleaning, updates, and improvements during the turnovers. I have worked with many property management companies over my 18 year carpet cleaning career and Campus Connection is at the top of my list.
