I called to express concerns about hands on property manager today, 6/10/2020. The person that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. I told him in detail the problems I was having. He told me to stop yelling, which I absolutely was not. I asked him for a manager to speak to. He told me to shut the @$&* up and he would get to that. At that point I raised my voice and he hung up. I called back to try and get a manager on the phone and he would not answer. I left a voice message for a manager but I’m sure it got erased by the same person that I spoke to. Excellent rental company to rent from. We have been with them for about two years now and the level of politeness and professionalism is incredible. Tim has been amazing since the beginning and very easy to work with. Currently looking to relocate to a different area of town, and receiving a lot of help from them in this process. Hoping to stick with them for as long as we remain renters!

We rented a townhome at Lakeview Apartments (owned by Eugene Commercial Property Management) for over five years, and they are an excellent company. The units were well maintained, all follow-up items were handled promptly, and best of all the service was amazing. Mandy was truly one of the best property managers we ever dealt with. I highly recommend renting with this company.
