We strive to find new ways that allow us to focus more on people by breaking the barriers of the traditional style property management.
Provide monthly statements from a computerized accounting system with a detailed breakdown so you can track the return of each unit. Prepare annual operations report and year end IRS Form 1099 with tax detail for your accountant. Tenant screening, including a current credit check, review of rental history and references.
We have invested in a web-based property management and accounting software from AppFolio so our experienced team can manage your properties with the highest level of service. At any time and from anywhere, we are able to securely access data about all properties. Sensitive records are safely stored in a state-of-art data center which is automatically and routinely backed up.

Very happy with their response time to maintenance issues. The landlord who deals with all requests responded to me promptly and had maintenance out as soon as the next business day. The manager was clear and kind, and they have always treated my husband well throughout years of living there. I was worried about dealing with maintenance request for the first time in my renting experience, but PNPM has been great! I am more comfortable knowing that they really do care about being great at what they do

I’ve lived at my current address for almost 5 years. Preferred NW has only managed the unit for a few of those years after the sale of it. Working with the company has always been easy and professional. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and when a personal unexpected issue arises they’re as flexible as they can be. Misty, our property manager is always kind and professional as well. I plan to remain here until Im able to buy!

Applied with Preferred Northwest Property Management for a rental home. Had a great experience while speaking with Jordan. Due to a busy schedule I asked my fiance to follow up when the people ahead of us declined on moving forward with moving in to let them know we need to just speak about the process and financials one more time before moving forward.
