As a tenant renting one of our managed homes, you can expect well-maintained properties, professional service and responsive staff when you lease from us. Since we love happy customers, we do our very best to provide excellent resident service and aim to make things better for you. We like to keep things simple and convenient, so we offer several online services.

Some of these include various ways to pay your rent, electronic document management and a login to your own personal account where you can view balances and account activity. You can also request maintenance or repairs for your home online at any time. You will find all the necessary paperwork for moving in or moving out online, including an application to rent.

Pioneer Property Management, Inc's vision is to continue to be the property management company of choice, providing full service and care to our clients, properties and our team members by setting the standard in the residential property management industry. After serving in education and the military, Pioneer's founders started in the real estate industry in 2000 and expanded into property management in 2003.
Pioneer Property Management offers comprehensive management services. We also offer stand alone services such as tenant placement/lease-up services, vacation watches, and management consulting. What sets Pioneer Property Management apart is our communication, dedication and documentation. Our consistent and quick response times to everyone involved keeps communication a high priority and makes the process move along and transparent for everyone.
Our application process starts and ends online. View our Rental Screening Criteria. Each application must be accompanied by an application fee, charge is per adult applicant. An application will only be processed when it is fully completed and the fee has been paid. Pet deposits and pet rent may be applicable (where pets are allowed) depending on the size of the pet and/or property and must be collected prior to move-in.
Application and fees are collected from each adult 18 years of age and older. Fees are not refundable if the application has been processed. We will process your application in the order in which it was received including completion of the application, the collection of appropriate documentation and application fee.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

I was interested in a home for rent. Called and was told that I needed to tour the house before I can receive an application to rent. Even though out of my area currently. I drive there and toured the home. I was emailed a link to apply for the rental. Paid an application fee and submitted an application. About a day later was told this home is no longer available and has been rented.
Being informed that someone else was in the process of renting the home before my inquiry would have been nice to have known.

I rented for 18 months from Pioneer Management. When I gave my notice I received a list of items that they would be checking upon move out. it was easy, I really thought they would have dinged my refund but I followed the list and received 100% of my deposit back. Thanks!

I rented for 3 years in a very nice home that was well taken care of, I only had a couple of issues that came up over the three years where I needed some assistance to fix the house and things were taken care promptly and professionally. When it came time to move out. I gave my notice and Pioneer gave me a list of items to check on before turning in the keys. It was easy to follow and I received my deposit back.

Delila Rich, is the heartless manager that will support the unprofessional and unethical business practices of this over priced and underserved property management company. They will raise the rent, pandemic city shut down or not, and could care less. Money over people is their core value. Watch your deposit too, no matter what due diligence you provide to your contract they will find a way to keep your money.

Pioneer Managment have managed my properties for the last two year. They have a great team. TJ, Sharon, Delila, and Cameron are very easy to worth with. Pioneer Managment get the properties inspected the every year to make sure the properties are well taking care of. Recently I have a tenant move out. Cameron have been vey professional and on point. The broken blinds, the broken lawnmower, the cleaning of the property are well taking care of. I am very please with his work. I am highly recommend Pioneered Managernent company to manage your property. They are awesome!

Good company to rent from, I don't have any issues to raise. Recently I logged into my tenant portal to request maintenance and Pioneer assigned a company to come out and fix my plumbing issue and all was resolved right away.

This company is now managing a property on SE Flint which the current tenants are paying $700 but the new tenants will be paying $975. In this time of a pandemic & housing is scarce I find this interesting. Anyone who maybe viewing these apartments online are being showed a distorted roomy picture of the interior. You can see by the green tub in the white bathroom how often fixtures are updated. I have lived in these apartments & the owner is difficult to deal with. Fortunately now I live where the heat works & the landlord doesn't stand in the yard & yells at people.

It doesn't seem to me that many property management companies get good reviews and I can understand why? They are in the middle of it all. Keep in mind that they work for the property owner's but still need keep their tenant customers happy. Not to mention ultimately the property owner pays the bill, so I can see how its hard. So when rating them go off of their service, meaning do they respond? Even if you don't get your way? Do they communicate? Are they professional? In this case I can say Pioneer Management communicated with me, They responded to my questions and they acted professional. So

Was trying to get an employee help with relocating to Roseburg area. She applied with the $45 fee for a duplex. The very next day the posting was taking down so she called to see what was going on since she paid $45. No one would give her an answer and it's been rented out. I called them today and asked if she gets a refund based on them not even running her credit for the duplex that she had applied for. They said no refunds and no transferring the fee to another application. They are doing theft of services and Andres who I talked to even admitted they are doing theft of services. Stay away

No complaints! It's rare to find a rental agency here in Eugene that treats you fairly as a tenant, but that's absolutely the case here at Pioneer. We feel like we've had a lot of freedom as renters, and have had no problems with maintenance issues or paying our rent. Yearly rental increases have been very fair, and when we tell our friends what we're paying to rent a house, they're always shocked that it's so low. It's been easy to get in touch with the office staff when needed, and and any issues that have come up during our rental term have been handled quickly. In a town that's full of landsharks

I was looking for a rental in Roseburg that would accept a dog. Amber Ellis is amazing. She returned my calls quickly and was so friendly and easy to talk to. She was great about keeping me posted on all new listings as well as sending pictures of the properties since I was not in town. Thank you Amber!

One star for customer service. I am wondering if there are any actual people working behind the scenes. Four phone calls and several emails later I never had any actual contact with a person. There is a very sketch oversees answering service. Who knows what the story is. Good luck to anyone renting from this place.

I have worked with many property management company over the years and I have found Pioneer to be the best. TJ and the staff are communicative, easy to work with, fair, honest, and they do what they say they are going to do. They are diligent about caring for the properties and keeping up on everything and they work hard to get good tenants. There is nobody I would trust more with my own rentals.
