A Sprinkle of love would like to Thank everyone for coming out and showing us love when we were invited out to do hotdogs!! You all really showed up and showed out!! I have lived here for a little over a year and have been really pleased with my experience. The apartments are very large and have nice design. Location is quick commute to Charlotte and great area of Rock Hill. We love being so close to the Catawba River, too. We've always had a good experience with staff and neighbors are all friendly.

I want to start out by saying how much I LOVE my apartment and the area of Rock Hill we are in. We are right next door to brand new brewery which is great for me and my friends on the weekend and it also far enough for it to be separate from the community. Rachel is by far the BEST manager I've ever experienced in an apt and is always so great to talk to! Thank you so much for pressure washing the breezeways & parking lot btw it looks AMAZING!

Rachel and the staff are fantastic! They are always very friendly and more than happy to help. The community is quiet and I've never felt unsafe here. The pool is really nice (it's saltwater!), we've got two grills, including a Big Green Egg - how many apartments have one of those? There's a kitchen you can access off the pool deck during business hours. The gym has a cool garage door that opens up onto the pool deck too for those days when it's really nice outside.
