Noise from 2nd floor woman & especially kids is AWFUL! FROM 8A.M. til 10P.M. daily plus sometimes until 11pm-2am. Office can't do anything but say call on site office, he say not to call him after 10pm to call Non Emergency Police number. Office say from 9-10pm it's just apartment noise...really. Everyday since we moved in Oct 7

My initial experience with the staffing, amenities and complex was nice. The location is the biggest thing here. My opinion changed very quickly though, BEWARE (MOLD) , you may become very sick living here.
I lived with some roommates in our first unit. One of the bedrooms had apparent water damage on the ceiling on the first floor. We told them about it and the process was slow trying "resolve" the issue. One of the roommates started becoming a little sick. They eventually told us that we needed to move to another unit for them to fix it. We did that, moved there, unfortunately it was all carpet

York Tech and the Regal movie theater are within walking distance. Downtown Rock Hill is less than ten minutes away by car. Professional staff. Spacious rooms in apartments. Shared tennis court, pool, gym, theater/game room play area for kids. Truely luxury compared to other apartments I've walked through in Rock Hill.

I've been living here for 7 months. I absolutely LOVE IT!! It's near everything: store outlets, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The management team is great and made my move very smooth and easy. I turned the sunroom into my daughter's playroom and she enjoys having that as her own space. I am truly living a Legacy here at Legacy at Manchester Village.

From Izzy showing me an apartment and me falling in love with it and doing the application and letting me know my approval all in the matter of minutes...till me moving in with Wanda: everything has been A+ service. I see myself staying here a longggggggg time. Amazing job ladies :-) You two have made my transition to Rock Hill so easy. I can’t thank you enough

I have lived at Legacy at Manchester Village twice. The first time was in 2009-2011, and I currently live there now. I am very impressed with the staff in the office. They are friendly, attentive, experienced, and competent. The apartments are very clean and spacious, the property is immaculately maintained and has good security. The location is perfect - minutes from I-77, shopping, and there is a large park with trails and green space right across the street. I highly recommend Legacy at Manchester Village.

This really is a great place. I've lived here for over a year- and I'm really pleased. It's very quiet, it's located close to everything, and the staff is really accommodating. If there's every any issue they'll take care of it, and they also remember who you are very quickly. They are super friendly and it makes it easy to come to them with any problem(Plus this place throws a lot of events for the residents- who doesn't love that?) ! The apartments are also really spacious and the appliances are very up-to-date.
