Just moved to Whisper Creek a couple of weeks ago and has gone without a hitch since I applied. Property management is very responsive and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and it has the perfect layout. I wish the appliances were updated, however my rent would've been more expensive, so as long as they work (which they do just fine) I'm happy. The property is very quiet and very clean, which are the two main features I was looking for. The location is very convenient as well as it's in close proximity to shops and markets, however, the avenue is located in is not overly congested with shops

Happy with my apartment! An issue came up on The weekend and I called first thing on Monday morning! The maintenance guy came within 15 minutes. He was very nice to explain what was the problem. I have absolutely loved my entire experience at Whisper Creek. The front desk and management staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The move in process was clearly communicated and easy to do. I was also able to fill out paperwork about the condition of my apartment and any issues were promptly addressed. I cannot say enough great things about this great community, and I am excited to have a home here.

The maintenance is timely. App is user friendly & easy to get a maintenance person on the scene within 1-3 business days . My microwave had to be ordered and got it within a week. Nice quality & they made sure to leave a note of their next steps to getting one. Only thing is they didn’t clean the little mess it made on counter!

Whisper Creek Apartments is a great place to be! Danielle at the Front Office is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She made it very easy for me to make this my home and she answered all my questions. Danielle is a great asset to this company! The grounds and buildings are well-kept and maintenance takes care of all your requests in a timely fashion. What a peaceful and beautiful community!

I’ve lived in my little one bedroom apartment for less than two months and have already had more problems than I can count on one hand. Do not live here unless you want to be calling maintenance every other week because all their cheap stuff breaks. The ceiling fan makes a loud clinging noise and the maintenance staff couldn’t even fix it so they… said they’d order a new one to be installed and it’s been two months without hearing anything back about that. The sink pipes were leaking because a whole piece was missing so they temporally fixed that and then they started

Awesome experience moving here! The staff was super professional, friendly and helpful. I moved from out of state and they made it so easy to do everything. The apartments are nicer than I thought and I'm glad I chose whisper Creek.
Update 10/27/20: Had a service issue with the bathroom. I made the request around 3:30 in the afternoon and they showed up 30 min later. I expected them the next day so I was extremely happy. Very professional friendly staff.

BEWARE Whisper Creek apartments and all Tribute Properties!! Tribute does not maintain their equipment and it will literally BLOW UP in your face due to neglect. Tribute does not have a full handyman staff, but yet There are 3 people working in the office. Why have 2 handymen spread out over multiple properties and so many in the office? I will answer my own question, they have more office staff so they can rent more apartments thus making more MONEY. Why care about the health and safety of your tenants if you can make more MONEY?
