So nice! The maintenance is top notch. Everything is well kept and repairs are done promptly. Management is professional and friendly.

I’m beyond thankful for Mrs. Jessica! She just rescued my Guinea Pig, and I honestly couldn’t thank her enough! She has saved the day!! Thank you soooo much Mrs. Jessica you are the BEST!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The maintenance does not keep up with the grounds or the maintenance of the units. It takes weeks for them to complete a work order, and when they do it’s always an inconvenience to you. And to top it off the manager Jessica is extremely rude and disrespectful. Just trash.

My sister lives here and visiting the property has not been pleasant. I have had to hop over a puddle of moldy stinky water to get into her place for a while now.. we plan to do things but matinence is pounding in the unit next door (with no notification)

Do not move here. Management is unprofessional and gravely rude. They will not be polite to you nor will they speak to you in a polite tone. There was not enough maintenance staff to maintain the facility. There are always ways faulty things going on in the units which they will give you Band-Aids instead of real fixes for your problem.The maintenance man will walk in your unit on announced and tell you he knocked.

I lived here for the past two years and I must say the property manager Therese is one of a kind. My living experience improved from the beginning. I saw major positive changes in the upkeep of the property and the communication was unmatched she tells you everything via email closures, changes, property updates, Just very informative and more importantly she was easy to work with during hard times. All she asked for was communication about payments and she stuck her neck out for me personally. All work orders were completed in timely fashion i really have no complaints
