It seems to be a pattern for AIM to charge large sums of money on top of the deposit upon move out. In our case, some of the changes were completely off base, and a result of mistakes or miscommunications on AIM's part. After some very arduous back and forth with AIM these charges were removed, but we ended up just paying the remaining charges which seemed rather arbitrary and over the top. My advice would be, avoid AIM if possible. If you do end up renting from them, do a very good job documenting anything wrong with the property upon move in. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
These people are never a available when you need them to be. They never answer the phone. Also on Google it says they are open Monday - Friday at 9am. This is a lie. They are open whenever they feel like it. Wasted my gas to come down here to speak with them and they aren't even open. Completely unprofessional.

This is the worst rental company you could possibly ever deal with. They are completely unresponsive (despite multiple attempts, voicemails, texts and emails) and only respond when you show up physically in person. They overcharge upon move out just for the heck of it, it seems like. My spouse rented from them for about 2 years and got charged prorated rent for AFTER he had already moved out. They added random charges that did not even make sense, and they tried to play it off as if dust required a huge chemical treatment. ITS DUST! Absolutely unprofessional and worst rental company ever. Another shady property management team. Had a large leak in my storage shed from the properties sprinkler system and took them about 7 hours to actually respond. By then the water was soaking through the dry wall and into the carpets. I am now 15 days from the end of my lease and they still haven’t provided me with lease renewal information. I was told the renewals were going to be sent out in May (2 months late). Without the renewal information I obviously couldn’t decide if I wanted to renew the lease or not. The real kicker is they are going to charge me an extra months rent because I didn’t

Was unfortunate enough to have this company purchase the apt i was renting. Renters beware, the seem professional enough when dealing with complaints and repairs; however be completely prepared to loose more than just your deposit upon vacating the property. Dont plan on renting from them unless you have 3 to 5 thousand dollars when you move out for trumped up charges. 1500 dollars to paint a 685 sq ft unit give me a break. Although i suppose its better than the 2k charge to replace the carpet. Consider other options if you have them.

I have had the best experience with this company. The house I am renting is perfect. They worked really hard to make it so I could move in a week early as my contract was starting. I had a few problems with the place and they have been quick to respond and send repair people. They even gave me numbers I could text. I looked into other places that were run by other companies and they were awful in comparison. In fact it has been about a month and a half since I was looking at Places and I am just now hearing from one of the companies. Codi has been so helpful when I have spoken with her! I can’t

As a renter I’ve never once had an issue at my current rental or the previous apartment I rented through them without them responding and fixing the issue right away. I had a power outlet go out and I emailed them and they sent someone out to fix it immediately! They do inspections frequently and have been more than fair with notices to inspect. If I was a home owner I would appreciate how involved they are. The girls at the office are always very friendly and seem to care about their tenants and home owners. I highly recommend these guys.
