Services
Each week will have a specific topic, including: Navigating Friendships, Siblings, Executive Function, and Setting Goals, and will begin with information on that topic, leading into a structured discussion. We hope that this opportunity to meet other parents will encourage everyone to know that they are not alone, and that they have great strengths to support themselves and their family!
Has the pandemic left you feeling the need to practice more self-care? Would you like to provide healing comfort to those you care about including your fur or feathered babies? Learn and practice the standard hand positions for treatment on self, in pairs and table work. Receive a comprehensive course manual, frame-worthy certificate of completion, and post-course support and mentoring.
Join me for a half hour guided meditation to put you back into your body. We are conditioned to keep up with our fast-paced lives whether you have a demanding corporate job, juggle multiple kids' schedules, are going to school during a pandemic, or just have a lot on your plate. These mindfulness sessions are intended to refocus on the mind on your number 1 priority.
