The manager Nikki was awesome, she helped us with every step of the move in and out process. We were staying there until we could purchase a house, and they allow tenants to break the lease if their in house realtors are used. Even the realtors exhibited the same high quality professionalism. I would recommend Willowbrook to anyone.

I know the rental market is tight right now, so if you will be looking for an apartment in the next few months, you should get yourself on the waiting list for Willow Brook.
I cannot say enough about the level of service these folks give. They are very easy to contact, they have a resident portal that is blissfully simple and functional. Everyone I have met or spoken to has been courteous and professional. They promptly respond to service calls and show that they want the unit to be well taken care of.

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the last few years but this has been the best place so far. The apartment itself was in great condition. If I ever had an issue (which wasn’t often), they were quick to address it. I never had an issue contacting management, either, like I’ve had at other places. I highly recommend this place.
