The Ladies in the office were nice and helpful. Once moved in we had air-conditioning issues. The maintenance men took care of It very quickly. The townhomes are affordable. We love it and thankful. Thank you Ladies and gentlemen, for all you have done for us.

Tonya is the person I spoke to and I am not sure what position she holds however, she was very rude and even hung up on me as I was speaking. I am not sure what triggered this attitude towards me as I was only inquiring about availability. Needless to say, I have decided to go with another complex.

RECENT UPDATE: long post, but please read. Just adopted an Emotional Support Animal and took all the necessary paperwork to the office. They had no problems with my paperwork I submitted Tuesday, until today at 5pm. Requesting me to go back to my Dr for proof of my disability. Even though I went on Monday to my Dr. to get the paper they requested signed. Now my Dr. is closed and they want to charge me a pet fee and evict my animal! That’s why she waited until Friday at closing time to do so. Definitely could have told me any other day, but today. The landlord herself has a dog that is not allowed

Lived here for almost three years. The children around the complex are rowdy and no one keeps an eye on them. I had a hole in my closet ceiling and rain would constantly leak through when it actually rained. I had made several request for it to be repaired they said it was repaired and nothing was ever done. my family and I were getting so sick from living there with black mold. Another couple of things I hated about this complex is there's literally no parking for guest, your car will get towed if your registration is not current, my car got stolen and no one in the office cared, and last but

I lived here for a year and had a very good experience.
We enjoyed that each apartment came with two cover car port spots, an enclosed patio, and optional washer/dryer rental ($50/month was our rate).
We had a two bedroom 1.5 bath. They are a little outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms, but the price was fair and the other amenities (like the included covered parking) made up for that.
We never had noise issues with our neighbors and since all options are either one story or two story town homes we didn’t have to worry about someone being noisy above us (perk).
They offer basketball court

Nice, clean, safe & peaceful property. It is an older complex, but has spacious units & covered parking. Office staff & maintenance are extremely helpful & friendly.
Country Crest is in a great part of Odessa. Nice schools. We relocated to Odessa from Houston. We are so glad we found Country Crest. It is a great place to have kids & pets. Also, it is a bit more affordable than other complexes. They have 1, 2 AND 3 bedroom townhomes, which are difficult to find. Tennis & basketball courts, & well maintained pool.

I would not recommend these townhomes to anyone.
1) Water is constantly turned off for maintenance.
2) when things go wrong or quit working they are not fixed correctly and therefore you have to keep contacting then to come back.
3) Ladies in the office are rude and not helpful at all.
4) Walls are super thin and you can hear everything.
5) They are not willing to work with you if you need to give notice of leaving on any day other than tbe 1st.
6) I cleaned my townhouse GOOD and there was NO damage and they only gave me $113.00 of my $250.00 deposit back.
This place and its workers are

Probably the nicest rental I've ever lived in . Minimal maintenance issues, nice management, unit was in decent shape for its age. Each unit had two covered parking spaces...my unit even had a storm door on the front door. A nice and quiet neighborhood too. Felt very safe.

I've lived in one of the three bedrooms for over a year and I love it it here!!! The office ladies are absolutely amazing, super friendly and very understanding. The pool is fantastic, always clean! Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved very quickly and they are always very apologetic.. Couldn't recommend a nicer apartment building in this area!!!

I lived here for 4 years and hated to move, but had to because my rent had increased so much I could no longer afford to live here. It started at $800 and when I left it was $1300. I had a two bedroom and it was great. Maintenance was always fast and any problems were address immediately. I would definetly recommend these apartments. They are just like living in a house and the noise from neighbors was minimal. Always clean and no trouble was a safe to walk area, I walked my dog there daily.
