Do not rent at Casas De Soledad. You cannot get a hold of a manager or anyone that works at the complex. I have called 39 times in two weeks and left messages. I have never had one person return my call. The automated phone system is never answered. I flew in to New Mexico from Oregon. I was in town for three days to find an apartment for December (3 months away). I stopped at the complex three times. Not once did someone answer the gate. It's like no one works at this complex! Rent somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Nice place beautiful landscape and grounds were very well kept, and its beautiful inside the units as well. There are charcoal grills set up outside of everyones door, which i thought was a great idea! The pool area is nicely set up. The only drawback is the proximity of the units to one another. I would have preferred more space between me and my neighbors. But other than that great place!

I moved to Casas de Soledad last August. I was previously living at the Verge and really disliked it there because of the noise and general atmosphere. When I decided to move I wanted to go somewhere quiet, and dog-friendly with staff who were experienced and kind. I scored all of these things and more with this apartment. Management knows me by name and is super friendly. They love my pup and are always giving him treats when I stop in for packages. It is quiet and any noise complaints are taken care of immediately. There is a small, sand dog run area where my pup loves to play with the other
