I have a family of four, and Connie and Sonya were able to get us an apartment set up with very short notice, and no issues. It was a short term apartment we stayed at for 3 months, and it had everything we needed, it was clean, it was cozy, and just a perfect fit. There were support staff there keeping the whole complex nice and clean as well. They were always so kind to my two children, and made us feel very welcome. It’s not overstating that these folks would move mountains to make sure you were a valued tenant at their apartments. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Las

I lived at High Range for 2.5 years while attending my graduate program at NMSU. The property managers are great! The complex is quiet and well shaded for hotter months. No A/C but with the ceiling fans and a small standing A/C unit I bought, I was perfectly comfortable even in the summer months. The rent prices are reasonable and bedrooms are spacious. Convenient location near a Target and several restaurants. Felt very safe in the complex. Lots of hosted events for the community which were actually fun! Tons of fond memories from my time at High Range.

This is a wonderful place to live! I made the arduous move from Cleveland Ohio to New Mexico last fall; after lots of research on places to live, decided on High Range Village Apts. With many complications involved in such a move, fortunately securing a place to live was not one of them! The Management staff, particularly Sonia, made it a seamless transition and was even sweet enough to ease any concerns I had in regards to settling into my new home and state.

Only the purchase of a home brought me to leave HRV. The apartments are well-laid out, with ample storage. The beautiful grounds are peaceful and well-maintained, and the property itself backs up to numerous trails connecting to area parks. Of course, the neighborhood feel nurtured by Connie and Sonia truly make HRV a special place to call home.

I've lived here for over 3 years. Connie and Sonya are very friendly and helpful! If I have an issue, it is taken care of quickly, have never had to wait and wait! Gerry and Manuel do a great job! The grounds are well maintained and even with pets allowed are always clean.
This complex is a very safe and friendly place to live!
They have get togethers for the residents. BBQs and dinners and game watching, and so much more! I don't see myself moving from here. I really love where I live!!

I moved to Las Cruces 5 years ago from out of state. Myself and my partner looked for places to live online and we had the best experience with High Range. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have lived here the entire time I have been in Las Cruces and have even had 2 apartments here. They always respond to maintenance calls, continue to upgrade the apartments and were extremely accommodating to myself and my dog!

My spouse and I were short-term renters at the Highrange Village Apartments during the winter months of 2015-16. The apartments were spacious and in a good state of repair, the other residents -- both short- and longer-term -- seemed good, trustworthy people, disinclined towards being excessively noisy. The grounds were neatly kept and regularly cared for.
We found both Connie, the manager, and Sonia, her assistant manager -- as well as all of the members of the maintenance and service team that we met -- friendly, courteous, and eager to be of assistance in whatever way they could. They responded

Absolutely love this place. I have been here for about four months. The place is quiet and the grounds are well kept. In the event of maintenance, they are very quick to respond. The two ladies Connie and Sonia from the main office are amazingly helpful and nice. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Update: After having been here for a year and a half, I am still amazingly happy with the staff and service I receive. My first summer was a little brutal with the swamp coolers instead of refrigerated air, but I still remain very satisfied with the apartment and community!
