My name is Alexis and I am now chronically ill due to long term black mold exposure in apartment 1105 at Tuscany Villa. Jennifer terminated the lease and threw me out shortly after I found mold in my apartment. Jennifer, Jaime, Jordan, and Robin all lied to my face and bullied me throughout the whole process. The entire Tuscany Estate has severe water damage and they don’t want anyone to know. Take a look at the roofs around you. Is your front door frame warped? If you don't mind living with black mold-infested walls, Tuscany Villa is the perfect place for you! During our stay here, my fiancée had developed a mysterious illness that has now been linked to black mold exposure. This is the best apartment we have ever lived. We’ve been living here over a year, the staffs and workers are really nice and helpful. You can place your work order online, they will reach you and fix the problems really quick. The community is quite, and the neighbors are friendly.
We want to especially thank one staff there, Amy.
Amy is such a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person that we ever met. She noticed that we hanged a baby sign on our front door when she nearby and she made these weather proof and cute signs for us and slide them indoor. This is not the first time she offers help

They kept our deposit even though we never moved into the apartments in the first place due to COVID with their state going on lockdown which was of no fault of our own. They stated because we couldn't move in that we automatically forfeit the deposit in the paperwork but we never signed any paperwork! Don't move here unless you like to see your money disappear with disappointing customer service.

Tuscany Villas has been a wonderful place to call home. I most especially enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings and watching the Poplar trees sway.
The office staff has always been attentive when I needed maintenance, getting issues resolved the same day.
Neighbors here are friendly while going about their own business and lives.
It is the best experience I have had with apartment living.
It is truly a slice of Tuscany!

I have been living in Tuscany Villa and Estates for close to a year now and I can confidently say is my favorite place so far. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The maniance requests are done very fast. Neighbors are respectful. The Pool and gym are always so clean! I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments!

My husband and I have been living at Tuscany for a few months now and are really enjoying it! The staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome when we first moved in. They have been easy to get a hold of, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and we always feel welcome when we come into the office. The complex is beautiful. I love all the landscaping, and walking around feels quite tranquil. Having a gym and pool as part of the amenities is fantastic! You can't beat a 30 second commute over to the gym from your apartment or having a nice dip in the pool after work.

It's a great place to live! The property is well maintained. Lots of plants, trees, spots for the furbabies, grill/picnic areas, beautiful pool, workout area... let's just say, great amenities! Super friendly staff, property managers... Got sick recently and couldn't take furbabies for their walk. Jennifer, one of the property managers to the rescue! And, I love the desert as my backyard. There's a nice path and some great sky views! Tuscany Villa has a good vibe plain and simple. When they hand you your keys and say, "Welcome home," they mean it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
