So I spoke with Jessica today and set up an appointment at 5:15, after I got off work, to see an apartment, she took my contact info, and I was excited, I left work early to get there early to see the apartment, when I got there at 5:00 the office was closed, Jessica never bothered to contact me, I guess they really don't care about their new residents, very sad!!

I have lived in Emerald Lakes for five years now. Kenny, maintance, is outstanding. He always fixes any issues right the first time and gets to it right away. He is always so friendly and says "hi" whenever he sees me. If I am taking trash to the dumpster and if he sees me he will come over and help me out. I am 62 yrs old and it makes a big difference and helps me out. I really appreciate ALL the extra things he does to help out!
