Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I loved living at Cottages At Sheek Road in 2017! Quiet and clean. Office and maintenance staff was great! Neighbors kept to themselves, but were courteous. I moved to one of their other properties in Danville and I can say the same, great experience! If I needed to move to any of their properties again in the future I certainly would! In fact, Cottages told me I was welcome to come back if I wanted to.

My fam lives here.. they have field mice on and off. And always seem to have problems with the neighbors. And she stay to herself. The apartments are nice. Flats. They have a club house you can rent out for parties. There's a little park for the kids. . and i do mean little. I feel like the park could be cleaned up. There is a dog park. It's small too. There isn't anything toy/course wise for the dogs. Which would be nice to add.
