Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Office stay never answers the phone when you call or not in the office. I have left several messages for the property manager she never returns calls. The assistant manager does her best to help out as much as she can.I have been a resident for 2 years and it has only gotten worse here at the Gables. No where to park, trash everywhere , and the staff has constantly changed and rude.I have brought this to there attention but nothing has been done. You need staff they cares about your resident and I feel they don’t. I work in property management as well and I don’t like how I have been treated

I spent 2 months trying to live at Gables. I had to apply twice. First time, they could only hold the unit a few days and I couldn't get my voucher transferred to Johnson Co that fast. So they told me I could re-apply in 30 days. In 30 days, I brought the app fee and a 50 holding fee and re-applied. They denied me because they said my income was not enough. My income is a 1020 a month. Other than that, my application would have been approved. But, I was shocked that being on Section 8, I was still denied. I could easily afford the rent, which is subsidized by my Section 8 voucher. I was so disappointed

1.) POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND ATTITUDE FROM THERE NEW FRONT DESK PERSO. LISA I BELIEVE EYE ROLLING POPPING OF THE NECK AND ASSUMPTION WITH OUT RESEARCH
2 ) HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICE TENANTS AND OUTSIDE VENDORS LIKE CARPET CLEANING, PLUMBERS ETC EX: WAS TOLD LAST WEEK MY CARPET WILL BE CLEANED… FINALLY TODAY BUT NO EXACT TIME WHICH WAS FINE ONKH FOR ME TO MISS WORK GO TO THE OFFICE BE TALK TO LIKE IDK WHAT I WAS TOLD THEN FOR MANAGEMENT TO STEP THANK GOD TO STATE IT WASNT SCHEDULE FOR TODAY BUT EITH NEXT MONDAY OR TUESDAY SONI MISSED MONEY

I signed another year! Yes there’s problems in an apartment for sure! My apartment is lovely and the view is nice! I’m gonna live here another year because you can’t beat the price for this area. I wish people here would keep it nice so we can have a great place here! Please stop destroying things and stealing!! I love it here. I'm on my 2nd year with no plans of moving. The amenities are numerous. In the clubhouse you have 24 hr. Access to the gym, game room, and public office where you can have access to one of a few computers. Free faxing through the office, as well as copies. There is a pool, small dog park, as well as a free car wash for residents. Come check it out and for yourself then decide if it will be your new home. They have 1,2,3, and 4 bedrooms.

I’ve lived here for a year and I’ll be honest at first the office trash was horrible (I had no working dishwasher for months) BUT we were in a global pandemic everyone deserves grace. For the last 6 months I’ve had 0 complaints which is why I chose to resign. You can’t beat having a washer/dryer in unit and the location. My lease renewal process was so so easy thanks to Dejay & Jessica they were the nicest ladies and the maintenance men I’ve come in contact with have been very nice and professional as well. My neighbors are nice this is a chill community and I’ve enjoyed living here

Honestly the worst apartments I’ve ever rented from . The walls are paper thin you hear your neighbors every cough , and sneeze . It’s hard to get maintenance. UNPROFESSIONAL office employees. They put a rent ledger on your door with ALL of your personal information on it BEFORE rents even due so if you are hiding from someone you will be found quickly . Also they changed my mailbox key without telling me and the office is closed often so I could not receive important mail .

2021 Update to the ongoing issues my mother has had here…
My mothers neighbor moved out of his garage he rented in January because he was moving. He told the office that he would like for her to have the garage… since she helped him with his belongings in the garage. The last office staff told her that they wouldn’t rent the garage to her because there was a wait list ok understandable but then proceeded to tell her they wouldn’t unless I took down my review lol. We of course said no because it’s all true. About a few months later they offered my mom the garage so

Worst company and property management ever. Two years of this garbage company. No maintenance, mold, no property grounds keeping, over 30 plus new employees, terrible communication with tenants, no snow plowing, and extremely rude. Housing authority has fired everyone there and the Health Department has violated The Gables over 6 times. Never move into here.

This place is MONEY HUNGRY & cares NOTHING about it’s residents. We have been perfect tenants, never caused an issue & always have paid our rent on time. To be treated with such disrespect is horrible. For… nearly 3 weeks, we called & asked for a leak to be fixed. Maintenance came out, took a look, said he would be right back & never came back. Because the leak was occurring for so long, MOLD (which was confirmed by the contractors THE GABLES hired) began to grow at a RAPID rate. We have a 1 year old child- let alone that not being safe for anyone to live in. We are

I truly enjoy everyone in the office.. however the communication is terrible. I am moving in two days and no one in the office has returned my phone calls. I’ve called about 6 times. Tiffany was always great and she still helps me sometimes! I would recommend this apartment but my Lordy you guys need to work on returning phone calls!
