I don't often stop to take the time to review much of anything but Mission Hills Village deserves this. We moved in in May 2020 during the pandemic and although we didn't get to see the apartment before we moved in, the management staff was so very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process.
After moving in, in our first few weeks I found several maintenance issues that we couldn't just ignore-the apartments are almost as old as me so it was to be expected-so I submitted service requests on their website (so convenient!) and the response was so fast! We've since had a few more issues arise

We love Mission Hills. We’ve rented multiple apartments around the the Indianapolis area and have never had such a great experience with management like we do here. Rent is reasonable, our apartment has everything we need and maintenance is on top of it. Issues are resolved in a day. So nice not to worry about anything. Thank you to management and maintenance for your hard work and making this neighborhood a clean, safe, affordable and nice place to live.

Lived here for a year. Not the best apartment I've lived in, but it was worth the price for me. What you see is what you get. Front office did their job well, and they didn't screw me over on my security deposit. They took a fair amount out for cleaning and returned 90% of it. Overall, I am satisfied.

Office staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and willing to educate residents on issues happening in my apartment. They keep the grounds clean and are putting money back into the property. Issues that may have come up are addressed in a professional manner and explained well. I am very happy at Mission hills village!

Mission Hills is a wonderful place. Lots of families & kids. But it's also quiet. I often sit on my patio in the evening & enjoy the green space. There is a full maintenance crew ready to address any issues. This is an older complex so there are a few things that come up, but they are addressed right away.

I have been living here since last 8 months and have a great experience. It's a quite and beautiful community. The office staff is wonderful and they respond to your issues quickly. The location has its benefits, super close to Greenwood Mall and other stores, close to Interstate and added advantage that there is no noise of the ongoing traffic. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a place.
