Moving in was a breeze. Less than 2 weeks from first visit to move in and I can't be happier with the process. Claudia was very helpful, quick to respond to calls & emails, and easy to work with. I got the apartment I wanted, with a move in special that saved me money. The unit is nice, clean, and newly renovated. Would recommend to small families, dog owners, and young couples.
The time we spent here was enjoyable, and any issues we had with a unit we're fixed within a reasonable time frame. We moved out and ended the lease early because I relocated for a new job. This apartment community is

If you put in a maintenance order online it never gets completed. they immediately put up the out on a tour sign if they just don't want to deal with residents. should not take over an hour to give a tour. office is supposed to open at 12pm on Sundays, the sign is immediately up and no one is available to assist and you are left waiting. will be filing a complaint with corporate office. the office personal was not on a tour. she closed the office door and did not come out until 1:05 pm. when I asked what time the office opened, she said 1pm on Sundays which does not correspond with open hours listed

Tuscany Village is an awesome place to live it's quiet is very spacious the management is superb and they work with you if you had issues in the past when it comes to needing a second chance to rent, they know we are all human and may have fallen on hard times in our past and when we get up it's nice to know that people like this will help you get on your feet by providing a roof over your head. Immediate response from the maintenance when the light switch went out. Me and my son think of the Tuscany as a house based on its lay out and design. I recently ordered something from eBay and it was taken

Jessica in the front office is amazing! We lived here for years and didn't have any issues. When we moved out and into a house, they were extremely fair and understanding about what we owed in repairs and even let us pay what we could in installments. Also, this is probably the nicest apartments in Ontario as far as looks and amenities go. I still miss the indoor racket ball court and the gym there.
