I have been a tenant for a few years now and instead of getting better this place is going down hill. For 3 weeks now there is NO HOT WATER at this place you try and call their after hours number and it says “This number is not able to answer calls at this time.” There is no one that can help you if there is an emergency after hours so what ever your emergency is there will be no one to help you. I have asked Felipe and the two managers Connie and Todd what is going on with the hot water all they can say is that “it will be fix tomorrow we already had someone come look at it” that’s how

So I lived at Mission Village for a little over three years and wanted to leave my own review. As someone who has been living outside of Cali and not on their property for 3 months, what I say is after the fact so it is an honest review:
I had absolutely no problems living there and when I did have issues, maintenance was there with in 24 hours to take care of it. I loved the fact the leasing office knew my name and my situation if I had one, and actually worked to resolve issues. My experience was if I communicated my situation, Todd and the team worked to resolve it WITH me.

CONNIE MARQUEZ is the "on site manager" This lady will lie to you about everything. If she feels threatened by you she will go out of her way to constantly HARASS you, STALK you. We were wrongly evicted because she said she didn't want to accept our money anymore and just wanted us to leave because we kept complaining about all the problems. When we asked to speak to the owners she said she was the owner of the complex. The apartments are infested with ROACHES. If you need any repairs in your apartment, forget about it. FELIPE MARQUEZ is her husband/maintenance guy. All he does is walk around the

On site manager, is very inconsiderate and rude, after 3 months tenancy, and requesting to add a tenant on already approved lease she personally refused to and gave a 30 day notice, I honestly feel like she is prejudice and discrimination is her over all make up she couldn't give an honest reason why she gave notice. Month to month is a wonderful thing but it don't protect you even if your rent is current in payment. I would seek legal advice but I'll just pray for her because she claims to be a fair and just person but shes not...I would not recommend this place unless you're looking for temporary

While this is obviously a budget apartment, I was impressed with my unit. It had new floors and was freshly painted. The management was super helpful, and went out of their way to move me in the day after I applied to rent. I've only been here two nights so far - Saturday and Sunday, but there have been no noise issues at all. No 12 month lease contract needed which is a huge plus for me.
The one down side is that there is only one parking spot available for a one bedroom apartment, and street side parking for visitors is almost non-existent.
