Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I had a hole in my wall and my garbage disposal was clogged . I sent them an email and they showed up the next day to fix it. They were really fast and also the maintenance was really friendly and helpful. I've been here for 3 years. Haven't had much of any problems.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
A couple of weeks ago, the complex sent out notices that they had changed management and maintenance people. Here is what the Casitas Apartments looks like today. Yes, we called the office. They said they would "look into it." It's been like this for days. Trash everywhere. The landscape used to be really nice. Now it's a trash heap.

I got towed out of my own ASSIGNED parking spot because THEY put part of the spot in a red zone for a fire hydrant. It cost $380 and this is the FOURTH time we have gotten towed, we’ve been at these apartments for ONLY 5 months! Other issues have occurred but this is the most ridiculous!... updating my post... it is now September and I am still dealing with getting ALL of my money back. I have gone to the offices numerous times and everyone passes the issue onto the next person. I would never recommend this place, It’s a complete joke!

This place is HORRIBLE
Reasons
1) The Office will not let my son play in the streets even when there are no cars around and when he is watching out for the cars!!
2) The water in the showers are almost never hot and they have never fixed it!!
3) There are roaches and dead rats everywhere!!
4) The office will never answer your calls don’t bother calling them
5) When my son had his friends come over they kicked them out!!
6) They are always raising the rent, the office never helps, and there is no parking for guests!
This place is TERRIBLE do not waste your money and time!!

This place is a joke! Reason why my brother continued to stay was because the kids school is close by! We been telling management that we been needing maintenance for months maybe a year by now and still nothing has been fixed! The restroom door is broken the screws came off the door noticed they fixed the door before with GLUE! Garbage disposal still not working and much more stuff we have asked to get fixed! Good thing I have documentation of who I spiked to time and date as well as pictures. We thought they would come by when my brother renewed the lease to see what needed to be fixed and guess

I have lived at for just over a year. I have been meaning to leave a review as I feel that finding a home we enjoy has been hard for us. The leasing staff was friendly since the beginning and continue to be of service when needed. I also just met the new manager and she was so professinal, big Plus! We moved here because of the amenities, pet accommodations and open grass areas. The soccer court is fun and I love how they maintain the landscape. Only pitfall is that it get noisy in the evening as kids are running around, but it's supportable.
