It was burning out outside last week and I had been out apartment hunting, I go by this place and as a approach the door to the leasing office, it was locked. I seen a lady behind the desk on the phone she puts one finger up as to say hold on, I'm guessing ! As I mentioned it's hot outside. I stood there another 2, 3 min in the hot sun& nothing !!!! Wth. I peeked she was still sitting there on the phone! Now the professional thing to do was to place that call on hold, come let your potential lessor inside ask me to have a sit and you will be with me in a moment , then you go back

So, I gave changed my 1 star to 5 stars. The management listened to my concerns about the residents above me. They have moved out and the management here have tried really hard to find considerate new ones for the apartment above me. As a result, I just signed another 12 month lease. Thank you Paloma!

I've had things stolen out of my garage by non residents associated with the security guard , there is also no enforcement on the weight limit of animals in the building resulting in loud scratching and bumping throughout the day and night making it impossible to sleep i do not recommend moving in the apartment building

Every single day since I have moved in, I have had the family of 6 living above me sound like they are coming through my ceiling. I have called management and upon management's advice the police. Every single day, for hours and hours, I hear those children running and jumping. All 6 of them in a 2 bedroom apartment. It never ends. I have been woke up so many times. And , if, I am just a bit loud, those people pound and shake my walls.

Brenda was very efficient took me on time for appt to view floor plans asked questions . Very professional process went smoothly. Also Leah the manager very efficient in answeing all my questions i had about the property. I appreciate them both great team to work with .leasing office very clean i felt warm when i walked in. A breath of fresh air.

Loved living here. It was a small complex which I liked and the units are beautiful and have everything you need. Very quiet and family friendly. The ladies in the office, Brenda especially was very helpful, and nice all the time. I was sad to go but I will continue to refer others here. You won't be disappointed!!!

So me and my family moved in March 2020. Brenda helped us with the application and move in process. She was amazing and made it an easy and pleasant experience. It has only been about 2 months of living here, but I have no complaints. It is a nice quiet community. It also has great amenities, but waiting until Covid-19 is over so we can use them. I recently verbally gave a maintenance request to Brenda as I was leaving the complex to go back to work from my lunch. All three repairs were complete before I even got home. That has never happened any where else. So far me and my family could not be

We lived here the last year, and it was mine and my husband's first apartment together. From signing the lease to move out, everything was easy and smooth. The apartment itself is so spacious (we had the one bedroom). We had two parking spots and our guests never had any trouble finding parking when they came to visit. Even when they were doing work on the asphalt and we weren't able to park inside for a day or two, I still had no trouble finding parking outside.
The area is nice and quiet and I always felt safe, even when i came home super late at night. Leah and Brenda were helpful

Made a mistake resigning my lease. I have stayed here for 2 years and I thought I would be treated the same or even better for being a resident that has stayed here in the past. Trust me, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I first signed here because of the reviews but I am 100% sure THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS! I was treated well for the first month of my living and the last month before I decided to resign my lease. Three of the residents that live next to me ALL got their garages and cars in the garages broken into. It is a horrible area to live in. Best place to live ...... I love living here !!!!! After a long day at work, I get to come home to my mini getaway. Not just because of the luxurious apartment lifestyle and it's beautiful accommodations but because of the professional and welcoming staff. Horrible place to live in. All of these five star reviews are fake and need to be deleted. Everyone in this complex is upset by the management. They have been charging fees for no reason and are very rude once you’re a resident. Definitely look at another apartment complex as it’s not worth living here. They are SCAMMERS!

Let me start off by saying Paloma definitely is HOME! My daughter and I moved here the first time in 2017 and were extremely happy. We moved out for about 7 months and just moved back. No other apartment communities compared to the spacious size of our floor plan, the beautiful interior/exterior, and amenities included. Security is a big deciding factor for us-Paloma is safe and pleasantly quiet. Leah helped with our first move-in application and process and Brenda helped this time. Both are extremely courteous

The Paloma Apartment community is by far the best we've ever lived in. The management team are kind, helpful and always available. And when you can't reach them right away, they make it a priority to get back to you. I love the events they put on and honestly look forward to raising our kids here. From the beautiful grounds to the wonderful culture, this is the best place to live. Thank you Leah, Amber, Roberto, Ron and the rest of the team for all the hard work you do.

We lived at Paloma for 16 months and loved it. The apartments are clean and new with hardwood floors. One of our favorite things about the apartments are the large kitchens which are perfect for entertaining. We also entertained guests often at the pool and BBQ area. My kids loved the pool and it was never too crowded. Most tenants we encountered were kind and friendly. The management team also hosts several events through the year for residents which are totally free to attend. Leah in the leasing office was wonderful when we applied and worked with us even though our credit history was less than

So, I can only speak on the move-in process. I will update my review whenever we move out.
My fiance and I visited many, many, MANY apartment complexes in the Ontario/Rancho area and we fell in love with Paloma. We loved the style of the apartments. We were specifically looking for hardwood flooring and so many places only offered the wood floors in their renovated apartments, not their unrenovated apartments - or only on the bottom floor, not on the top floor, etc. Not Paloma. All apartments are designed THE SAME..which really makes it so much easier when considering which apartment to go for

Sooo I contemplated hard about leaving a 3 star review on yelp or not but then I read another tenant had a similar experience and I felt 3 stars was an appropriate assessment of my overall stay.. And I will give a fair balanced review and won't resort to all negative because I am upset at the current moment after receiving my security deposit back

The units are nice. Brand new and beautiful. Cannot complain about the units themselves and the staff was always professional and helpful. A few times I thought I left my flat iron on and they were kind enough

Been here for a year now....complain I have is the building I live in has filthy stairwells, always. Don't know if I have filthy tenants in my building or management just doesn't care about individual buildings......everything on the outside where new prospective tenants get to see looks good.

Great place to live if you plan on never moving out. Management appear friendly and courteous but can be quite nasty when it comes to money and were not willing to work with us at all.
Wife and I lived here for for one year before we bought a house. No major problems except the toilet got backed up a few times when we first moved in. We paid our rent on time and were never a problem.
We gave our 30 day notice and we moved everything out and cleaned the apartment up.
Amber did the pre-walk through with us and everything looked "fine" in which I was told we would get charged for a touch

Such a great apartment. Because it's new, all the amenities are new and clean, but you can tell that the staff takes well care of the complex. There is security that patrols the complex throughout the night so you know it's safe. If you have any questions, they also have a maintenance that is quick to respond.
And their staff at the office are so nice. For Christmas, they set up a FREE gift wrapping station. It was so nice and generous.
The complex is also really close to the freeway and a good food plaza is walking distance from the apartment. Would really recommend!!!

Love this place! People up front are always so helpful and really care. We moved in a few days ago and have had nothing but good experiences. Only con would be that there's no 1st floor apartments cause the garage is under you unless you get a 3 bedroom. Other than that, its a very nice and quiet place to live. They also even throw in a free accent wall with you choice of color from their list to choose from! Also love that every unit comes with a washer/dryer in unit and all appliances are stainless steel.

Additionally all renters are provided with parking garage and assigned covered parking. Additionally they allow rent payments via Credit Card which is awesome for gathering additional reward points every month! Also all the apartments pretty sound proof as I can never hear anything from our neighbors!
