Unfortunately did not have an ideal experience at Electric Lemon. :(

I had some friends visiting from out of town, and my assignment for the night was to take them to a rooftop restaurant place with buzzing ambiance.

Although the terrace is temporarily closed, we were hoping that the dinner itself would make up for it -- sadly, this fell short and the reason for the 2-star review (just adding an additional star out of 1 for the good cocktails).

The hosts were great, but it was the actual service itself that was not up to par at all (especially for a restaurant located by the Vessel, on top of

I had a great time here, it was not crowded, table are well separated. I Went there at night on December and the Terrace was closed for the season, we sat at the dining room and we didn't have a great view but because it wasn't crowded we could move around to take some pictures, food and wine was delicious, There is not so many selections on the Menu but I prefer quality than quantity. I like the ambiance there, will be back when terrace is open for a better experience.

I love mocking Equinox and the uppity, pretentious posers it attracts ($500 initiation fee!). But I also love a good rooftop terrace. So when Equinox built a hotel (wut) and attached a high-floored restaurant atop (guh), I had to see what the scene was like.

Visually, it was exactly what I expected. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I was greeted by the sight of Kardashian clones in terrifying contour make-up and dresses two sizes too small, all clamoring to photo-document every second of their hollow existence. The space was filled with luxury brands and the people who sport them, and I somewhat

Came for dinner with a few friends and had a nice time. Beautiful spot with lots of photogenic spots, though Electric Lemon's a bit too extra for me. We shared a bunch of apps. The Chilled Oysters were delicious and we also liked the Brussels Sprouts (then again, when do I not like Brussels Sprouts) and Roasted Japanese Eggplant.

I then had the Dry Aged Duck, which was delicious! Duck was perfectly cooked. I probably could've done with a tad less sauce, but it was tasty and plentiful. Was too full to finish the whole thing! Also had the Bananas Foster Sundae for dessert. Asked for no

Came here for brunch on Christmas. The restaurant was pretty slow and quiet. Many tables were available. The hosts were not friendly as one of them rolled her eyes when one of my guest couldn't find the ID. After we got seated, a server came to ask for drinks. They have many servers.

Food wise, in my opinion, I think they were filling but a bit pricey. The pastry basket was yummy but it was $18 and it came with 3 pastries and 2 condiments. Avo toast was a bit salty. Omelette was very plain. Flexseed pancakes were good. The vibe wasn't bad.

I really enjoyed my experience at Electric Lemon, the restaurant is located on the 24 floor inside the Equinox Hotel which is right beside the Vessel and the Edge. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and and has a lot of windows which provide great lightening and views. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I had the burger and really enjoyed it. The items might seem a little pricey but I think they are appropriate for the location. I would love to visit again for dinner.

Let's start with the fact that there is a beautiful view. To begin with, I ordered a cappuccino, and it turned out to be very Bitter and without a beautiful pattern.
Then I ordered two soft drinks ... they were sour and not very tasty. The salad was delicious. The potato bread was also delicious. The dumplings were delicious. The steak was average. The fish was average. We tried three desserts and all turned out to be average.

Absolutely jaw dropping experience. One of the most beautiful places that I have had dinner. The food was incredible and the views of the location were stunning. I have recommended this place to everyone I know who is visiting New York City.

Definitely pricey but you already know that. The side of fries was $11 for 4 or 6 individual fries (not worth it).

I don't drink but wanted to check the place out after seeing the buzz. The ambience + taste of the food did not disappoint. Without a reservation on a Sunday night, a table was not available however bar seating is available on a first come first serve basis so find a seat for two was pretty quick. We ordered fettuccine and salmon - both delicious and had a unique taste that made the experience worth it.

Tip: if your table doesn't have a view make your way to the bathroom

I was amazed since the very first second. This place is gorgeous! It took me a little while to get in, not because it was busy but just because I couldn’t find the entrance xD. I sat at the bar and everything was perfect. My bartender LeAnn was knowledgeable, attentive, funny and very professional. I had 2 drinks and dessert. Everything was great! I wish I could give it more stars.

The atmosphere the entrees the view the salmon was the most extraordinary dish I've ever had. The service was a little iffy, but the manager is fabulous. This is the type of place you want to go to take instagram pics and soak in the Manhattan atmosphere

I went to Electric Lemon around the end of October. It was starting to get chilly but the view was still worth it. Outdoor dining is now closed.
My friend got avocado toast and I had eggs Benedict, both were filling but I think they could’ve been a little more creative with their dishes. I’d recommend coming here for the experience and not the food, they weren’t bad (quite the opposite in fact), but they weren’t spectacular.
The biggest appeal of Electric Lemon is the rooftop view, which never disappoints: either day or night/summer or winter. I think it’s worth a look, you can then

Lovely hotel bar on the upper floor. Espresso martini was fantastic but just a little too overpriced.
Nice vibe. But closed quite early unfortunately.

Going for drinks at the bar/lounge seems like a 4 or 5 star experience but going to Electric Lemon for dinner and sitting in the main dining area felt lack luster. I wish there wasn't a divider between the bar and dining.

On top of that- the menu felt limited and the appetizers were not super great. My main entrée- the roasted chicken was amazing and my gin cocktails were great. I will be coming back but most likely only coming back for the cocktail lounge.

Let me start by saying I REALLY wanted to love this place. The ambiance and smell of roses when you walk in is unparalleled.

I've been here twice now. The first time for only drinks and the second time for dinner and drinks. Both times were incredibly average and overpriced. The arctic melon drink was a standard frozen drink I could have had anywhere else for a quarter of the price. It was so far from a well crafted cocktail that I would have expected from Electric Lemon. This time, the Rindo Rindo drink was a step up but again nothing exceptional.

As for the food, we had the Japanese eggplant

I was pretty excited when I heard about this spot because I had been wanting to visit the Equinox hotel in general. Of course, it is an iconic nyc brand so the building itself is stunning. Once you get to the rooftop, the restaurant itself is also beautiful. As expected, there's a million people trying to get the perfect Instagram shot. Since we were seated outside next to the outdoor pool and installation, we saw many photo shoots.

Maybe I'm naive but I expected more from the food. I've seen many great restaurants in Manhattan and all the upscale traditional ones have the same

If you’re looking for one of the best rooftop view in NYC, then this is it! What a chic place! If you’re planning to visit then be mindful that reservations are not easy to get and need to be made well in advance. We used Resy to make our reservation. Also, be ready to show proof of vaccination along with a photo ID upon arrival. The brunch menu was great and the view is beyond amazing!

Beautiful interior and space. We were able to grab reservations at 5pm around sunset time. They allow us to go to the outdoor Terrance to hang out even if you made reservations indoors.

We mainly came here to take photos and it wasn't our main dinner choice. However, after tasting the appetizers, we should've stayed for dinner.

My favorite was the Chicken Liver Mousse. It was a very playful textured dish with the soft and creaminess from the mousse, sweet chewiness from the figs and salty crunchiness from the cashews.

Along the way to the bathroom there is a nice view of the Vessel

My friend booked a 5pm reservation on a Sunday for a table of 4 on their outdoor terrace. If you are coming to take nice pictures definitely book an outdoor table. As it gets closer to sunset, there are lines to take pictures. Take the elevator up to the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel in Hudson Yards. They do check your vaccination cards upon arrival.

Food and drinks were a little pricey in my opinion for the portion sizes. We each got a drink and they were all pretty to look at. They only had paper straws though. We ordered a few dishes to share. I tried the the potato flatbread, polenta fries

Brunch at the Equinox Hotel. Super professional and friendly staff. Great ambiance and setting. Unfortunately outdoor not available during brunch. Portions are lighter so not for those want hearty breakfast but taste and elegance is tops. Just have to order more so maybe pricy in that sense but worth a visit to check it out,

Yes people come here for the gram and yes its expensive but to my surprise it was a five star meal with gorgeous sunset views. The vibe here is very sexy and perfect for a date. All of the appetizers were delicious including the oysters. The cherry on top was the espresso martini. Service was on the slower side and we didn’t come on a super busy night but everyone was very nice. Overall I’d come back not only for the ambiance but the food as well.

I’m giving 4 stars because I visit Electric Lemon often for breakfast and brunch. Mornings are quiet and I am often able to have short business calls while enjoying my breakfast.
However, today was strange! I was on a really important international business call. The waiter (who has served me many times in the past) very rudely disrupted my call 3 TIMES!
He reached his arm over my computer screen to place the check on my laptop keyboard while i was on my video call! He came back 3 times asking me if I had paid…. Literally you can pay with Up n Go Pay QR code (super convenient for me) . No

Make a reservation in advance for dinner or else you'll have to sit at the bar. The bar seating area is really close to the ground. So if you are tall or you don't like feet next to your food sit at the bar.

The bar experience is 5 star. The bar tenders are friendly and the drinks are amazing.

I came on a rainy day so the rooftop was closed but the view was still cool.

The food is 2 stars at best and it took so long to come. The beef tartare was salty. The oysters were fresh. The burger was just okay and not worth $20 at all. They don't serve French fries in the restaurant. Instead

What a beautiful rooftop! Classy upscale restaurant inside the Equinox hotel. I got there earlier than my reservation time and they sat me right away. The outdoor dining has amazing views, and my friend and I got to see the sunset during dinner time. I brought my friend there for her birthday and she really liked this rooftop!

We both ordered the Blue Thai cocktail. It was relatively strong, with the perfect amount of ginger taste. For the appetizers, we got the beef tartare and polenta fries. The beef tartare tasted super fresh! The crispy chip and the egg yolk for the beef tartare was excellent

I'll be honest, my expectations are low for rooftop bars because they often skimp out on food if they have a good view. That, my friends, is not the case at Electric Lemon. You can have your view and eat good too. And don't let the limited menu trick you - quality over quantity is the motto at EL.

One of my long time friends selected this for a weekend brunch spot. I went with the eggs Benedict and I will go on the record and say it's probably one of the best I've had. It comes with these wedge potatoes that are perfectly seasoned. Paired with their arctic lemon (think refreshing

Got the outdoor seating and it was soooo nice! We came around 5:30 pm and was able to see the sun slowly go down. The vibe was super nice and the view was impeccable.

We got the arctic melon cocktail, the flatbread, and the chicken liver appetizer. All 3 items were amazing and would highly recommend!

Even though it was outdoors, they turned on the fire pit to make sure that no one is cold!
