Touchstone Inspections, LLC was founded by Mark Zwicker, a native of Portland, Oregon. Mark has spent nearly 20 years in the construction industry working on residential homes and commercial spaces. The quality of Mark's service will not disappoint AT ALL. He is extremely attentive to details and super professional. We got our extensive home inspection report that same afternoon, it's just amazing. Mark is so friendly and professional. He replied to my initial query promptly, made scheduling an appointment easy to do, and then he showed up exactly at the time we agreed on. He is the best home inspector I’ve ever met, he was thorough and knowledgeable and happy to explain every fix and issue he saw as we went through the inspection, as well as explain the basics of home ownership to me, as I have only owned condos in the past. He checked every nook and cranny of the house and took photos and documented every issue he came across.
His inspection report was extremely thorough and he got it back to me the night of the inspection. I feel lucky to have met such a kind, hardworking professional. Thank you Mark!
