I was in the middle of a relocation for my work, and was on an extremely tight timeframe. After my inspection from the company assuming my property, I had two weeks before I moved out of state. Knowing this, he came same day. Very professional, friendly, personable, reasonably priced, and honest. He even offers discounts on his website, and told me about them when I called so I could print off a coupon.

A year ago, he installed a water heater for my family and he was very reasonable and great service. We also had him move a gas line for our kitchen remodel and he did it very quickly in the dates we needed it done. Today, we called him with a backed up sink and bad sump pump. He fixed both within two hours and he is very courteous and prompt. We would highly recommend him, in fact we did to my Mother who also has used him. He is a certified plumber so don't trust anyone else.

Our basement flooded with about six inches of water. We spent about 2 hours with a shop vac, and we thought we would get the rest of the job done quickly ourselves. We soon noticed that our sewage drain was backing up, and it became a bigger job because as we got rid of water, more water rose from the drain including feces.
