The owner answered the phone and was very helpful. I needed a faucet installed for my grandmother. He was helpful and asked what type of faucet we had and suggested we purchase the one we liked and call him back to set up an install date. When I called back he was flexible with installation. My grandma (who can be critical) was pleased with his service.
