We used Prasser-Kleczka for both my mother and fathers services. The attention and care we received both times was excellent. Joe was our most recent funeral director and he was very personable and kind. He made the experience much less difficult for us. Joe listened to us and provided his feedback when he saw appropriate. I would recommend Prasser-Kleczka.

After the unexpected death of my husband I was lost. I had no idea where to begin. Jeff and Melissa reached out to me and I felt like they just help me thru the entire process. For as tragic the situation was at the time I felt relaxed, informed, and loved by them all. The whole staff was calming and helpful. I can not say enough wonderful things about this Funeral Home and the lovely people staffed. You never think about how you would need or want to be treated during a time like that but they are so calming, they take their time with you, I never once felt rushed. I will never forget what they
