Ben and Maria at the south 27th Street location were the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. They were not only professional, they were there for us every step of the way. They helped us have the memorial service that we wanted for my mom. They went above and beyond what was necessary and took care of what was needed to help lay my mother to rest. The facility was so warm and friendly, it did not feel at all like a funeral home. If you are looking for a lovely place to help lay a loved one to rest, this is the place I would recommend.

Our funeral director, Jim Klemmer, went above and beyond for my dad's service. He made every step of the way smoother for my family, was sweet, personable, and available via email or phone. He and the other staff were accommodating and overall just wonderful. When the terrible day comes that you have to plan a memorial service don't hesitate to use Heritage in Oak Creek. They have a banquet hall and their own caterer if you want to use them, and a good sound system. We have no complaints except that our dad is gone.
