I am currently looking at moving from Maryland to Greeley, Colorado. I have heard great things from folks that live in Westlake Apartments. I recently spoke with Vicki over the phone and met in person for further information. Her vibrant personality and knowledge of the area really made me feel Greeley and Westlake Apartments will be a good fit for me. Definitely a future resident of Westlake

Currently on the search for a new apartment and came across west lake. I spoke to alex on the phone and I was super happy on how informative and attentive she was to all my questions and concerns. She has such an upbeat personality and she made me feel so secure on hopefully moving into this complex. Would give 10 starts if I could.

Clean, quiet, and great rates in this market. Would easily recommend.
Management and maintenance were prompt, helpful, and very easy to work with.
Walls are nice and thick, I rarely heard any major disturbances from neighbors, even though I have to sleep during daytime hours. 24/7 laundry was always clean and well maintained. Onsite pool was also always clean. Trash/Water bills were fairly low. They also just had a new parking lot put in not too long ago.
They aren't the newest or the slickest buildings, but if you are looking for a clean, well maintained place with good sized units(+ patios

These apartments are spacious. The location is unbeatable. You get an amazing view of Bittersweet Park and you are close to everything you need in Greeley. My apartment is on the ground floor so I have a HUGE patio with a privacy fence. Maintenance requests are answered more quickly than every other apartment I have ever rented. There is a hallway closet and a storage unit. The late fees are extremely fair, and the staff is unmatched in customer service, and apply the same rules to everyone without discrimination, including their staff. I love this company and this apartment.
