This apartment complex is the biggest scam. I’ve never lived in a worse place. They claim utilities are included in your rent but then bill you for a collection of outlandish charges. We pay monthly for “pest control” yet for months the exterior of the building was infested with beetles. We’ve had men come into our apartment twice without knocking to “work on things” while my roommate & I are asleep naked in our rooms. We have a resident who lives in my building who stands on the street corner with a hammer screaming at people and throwing glass bottles at cars and even with video proof

A couple of weeks ago I dropped in to look at apartments and fortunately Carrie was in the office. She was kind, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find the best apartment for me. We've interacted several times while going through the leasing process and my first impressions have been validated. She has answered every question and researched the answers she didn't know immediately. Professional and efficient while also being personable and welcoming: a great combination!

I took a tour with Kendall I like the amenities the pool area was my favorite. I like the location close to UNC is a plus. I seen lots of stores and upcoming business. The lady's in the leasing office were really nice. The apartments looked well taken care of, In and outside. I can wait move in hopefully, at the Boone. I like that there was a berry blends that is different. I almost forgot the lounge area on the fourth floor. I can't wait until summer to have a BBQ and hang out with my family.

My son and I visited the apartments at Maddie and had an awesome experience! When we were scheduled to come in and take a tour, Carrie went out of her way to ensure we were able to view the apartment. The night before our visit, all of the apartments had become rented. Through some quick and creative thinking, Carrie worked it out so that we were able to keep our scheduled appt.
Carrie took her time with us, answering every question thoroughly and making us feel like we had come home. We were impressed by her professionalism and personal touch on every aspect of of our tour. The apartments are

My boyfriend and I haven’t been living here long, but we want to truly thank Carrie for all the help she’s given us before we moved in. Her customer service skills are EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I have been living at one of the 3 apartment buildings for a few months now and our experience has been exceptional.
From the moment we walked in we were treated with warmth, civility and kindness. The management team proved efficient, resourceful and helpful throughout every step of the leasing process, and have not disappointed since.
The communal areas and amenities are kept in impeccable condition. The staff seem comfortable and friendly. The location is fantastic with affordable dining, snacking, and entertainment options, and we're about 4 blocks from the downtown area which

Terrific location! Beautiful complex with excellent landscaping. Luanne the manager is amazing and makes you feel right at home! She is extremely informative and has made our experience hassle free. What a delightful atmosphere, highly recommend! Pet friendly, great pool and gym, overall lovely community, 10/10!
